NFL Players Ask 8th Circ. To Revive Salary Cap Collusion Row

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The NFL Players' Association asked the Eighth Circuit Thursday to revive their claims that the league and team owners conspired to set a secret $123 million salary cap during the uncapped 2010 year, after a lower court shot down their class action saying it was barred by a new agreement.
