Sex Bias Suit On Hold While Cintas Seeks High Court Review

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge agreed last week to put the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's accusing Cintas Corp. of discriminating against female job applicants on hold while the company asks the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Sixth Circuit ruling that revived the case.

The company filed a petition for certiorari April 15, urging the justices to take the case to overturn the Sixth Circuit's Nov. 9 decision that vacated the trial court's judgment tossing the case and nixed a $2.6 million award to the company...
