Dish Calls Sanctions Unfair In Telemarketing Suit

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 3:14 PM EDT) -- Dish Network LLP on Monday asked a judge to reconsider sanctions he ordered against the company in the federal government’s suit accusing it of violating telemarketing sales rules by placing unwanted calls to millions of consumers, calling them unfair, erroneous and disproportionate.
