DHL Among Freight Cos. Nabbed In Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (January 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Seven of the largest logistics companies in Europe and the United States have been hit with an antitrust class action alleging they conspired to fix prices in the multibillion-dollar international freight-forwarding industry.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and names Kuehne & Nagel, DHL Express, Panalpina Welttransport Holding AG, Schenker, Uti, Expeditors International of Washington Inc. and Eagle Global Logistics LP as co-defendants.
