Internet Companies Refuse To Settle, Win Case

Law360, New York (November 2, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a district court known for settlements rather than verdicts, a judge has granted summary judgment of non-infringement in favor of three internet service providers in a suit brought by a company considered by many to be a patent troll.
