Commercial Leasing Recovery Remains Uneven

The commercial real estate market remains in an uneven recovery. The use of the word “uneven” is intentional and telling: there are some areas (micro-pockets), which see an active sales and leasing market; while in other areas, owners struggle to find profitability.
