Innovus Falls Short On Latest IP Claims Against Toshiba TVs

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge nixed Innovus Prime's patent infringement suit against Toshiba Corp. on Wednesday, agreeing with Toshiba's argument that Innovus has failed to identify which of the Japanese giant's televisions allegedly copy Innovus’s patents for picture-clarity technology.
