Judge Wants Secret Witnesses Named In JPMorgan Suit

Law360, New York (May 9, 2013, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge in New York on Tuesday ordered class action plaintiffs pursuing fraud claims against JPMorgan Chase & Co. related to failed, allegedly falsely represented mortgage-backed securities to turn over the identities of 15 confidential witnesses to the bank.
