CORRECTED: 7th Circ. Nixes Model's $8B Image Use Suit Against Agency

Law360, New York (May 9, 2013, 10:43 PM EDT) -- A model lost an appeal Thursday in her $7.9 billion suit accusing agency Ford Models Inc. of misusing her image, which ended up on packaging for hair extensions, when the Seventh Circuit ruled she had showed no evidence to back her claims.
