DOJ Challenges EMusic Founder's Criticism Of E-Book Deals

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 3:03 PM EDT) -- EMusic founder Bob Kohn's recent objections to Penguin Group USA Inc.'s settlement of e-book price-fixing allegations stem from a “misunderstanding” of the U.S. Department of Justice's response to public comments about the deal, the agency said Friday in New York federal court.
