Apple Accused Of Rigging IPhone Power Button To Fail

Law360, Los Angeles (May 10, 2013, 9:25 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. was hit with a putative class action Friday in California federal court alleging the iPhone 4’s power button is rigged to fail just after the one-year warranty covering the device has expired, rendering the phone unusable.
