'Raging Bull' Heir Asks High Court To KO MGM Copyright Win

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 9:57 PM EDT) -- The daughter of “Raging Bull” author Frank Petrella has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a ruling upholding a copyright infringement win for Metro-Goldwyn Mayer Inc., citing an “entrenched” circuit split over whether the defense of laches applies in copyright cases.
