Citizens Bank Asks 2nd Circ. To Nix Managers’ OT Class

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 6:44 PM EDT) -- Citizens Bank Financial Group Inc. on Tuesday asked the Second Circuit to overturn a judge’s decision to let assistant bank managers bring a wage-and-hour suit as a class, arguing that the plaintiffs’ claims are too individualized for class status.
