Exec Says 'Tyrant' Forced Him Out Of Jennifer Lopez's Co.

Law360, Los Angeles (May 14, 2013, 2:50 PM EDT) -- A former executive at Jennifer Lopez's Nuyorican Productions Inc. filed a breach of contract suit in California state court Monday alleging a Hollywood veteran “with a long history as a 'tyrant'” forced him out of the production company.

Brian Schornak claims Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, the former agent for Julia Roberts, demoted him and relieved him of duties on the “South Beach Tow” and “The Fosters” shows, leading to his constructive discharge. Goldsmith-Thomas recently left 3 Arts Entertainment, where she was a manager-producer.
