2nd Circ. Nixes Intentional Bias Ruling In FDNY Race Case

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 6:45 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday struck down a ruling that New York City intentionally discriminated against black firefighter candidates and narrowed a sweeping injunction the city challenged in a lawsuit a lower court judge called part of a decadeslong struggle to integrate the Big Apple's fire department.
