Law Firms' Fees Suit Over $22M Chinese Arbitration Revived

Law360, New York (May 15, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- International law firm Anderson & Anderson LLP can continue to seek contingency fees from a Chinese electronics importer it represented in a $22 million arbitration enforcement proceeding, a New York state appeals court ruled Tuesday, reversing a trial court's dismissal of the case.
