Trump Tells Jury He Had Right To Amend Condo Deals

Law360, Chicago (May 15, 2013, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Donald Trump told a federal jury Wednesday, during testimony in which he and a plaintiff's lawyer were scolded for "sparring," that his companies had the right to amend the hotel condominium unit contracts that an investor alleges unfairly axed a promised revenue-sharing deal at his Chicago tower.
