$28.8M Verdict Upheld In Pentagon Oil Contract Suit

Law360, New York (May 15, 2013, 5:20 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday upheld a $28.8 million jury verdict against an oil company and several individuals who allegedly withheld U.S. Department of Defense oil contract profits from a former business partner, saying a trial court correctly excluded the defendants' expert testimony.
