Lawyers "Duke" It Out Over Effects Of Wal-Mart Case

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. are not unique, the massive employment discrimination class action suit, involving an unprecedented number of potential class members and the largest employer in the United States, may end up having a significant impact on employment class actions to come.
