Goldman Shouldn't Get $3M Bonus For Lease, Landlord Says

Law360, New York (May 16, 2013, 5:37 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs & Co. doesn't deserve a $3.1 million commission for renewing its downtown New York City lease, because it reassigned the lease to American International Group Inc. and can't prove it was a licensed real estate broker, the landlord's attorney told a state appeals court Thursday.
