AWP Plaintiffs Appeal Disqualification Of Counsel

Law360, New York (January 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The consumer class representatives in the multidistrict litigation over average wholesale drug prices are appealing a judge’s declaration that one of their attorneys is unfit to serve as co-lead counsel, questioning her use of discretion in striking him from the case.
