Another Peregrine Executive's Wings Clipped

Law360, New York (January 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former president of Peregrine Systems Inc. has copped a guilty plea for allegedly lying to federal prosecutors about his role in an accounting scandal that led to the implosion of the once high-flying Silicon Valley software company.

On Tuesday, Gary Lee Lenz entered a guilty plea in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, six months after a jury was unable to reach a verdict in his original trial.
