Law360, Los Angeles (May 20, 2013, 10:28 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday limited the potential damages in a suit alleging four of Apple Inc.'s iPhone models infringe a patent relating to wireless handset communications, finding NetAirus Technologies LLC can only recover damages arising from recent sales of the iPhone 4.
