Michael Jackson's Doctor Not Vetted, AEG Exec Admits

Law360, Los Angeles (May 21, 2013, 7:05 PM EDT) -- AEG Live LLC's general counsel conceded Tuesday that the concert promoter, on trial for allegedly negligently hiring the doctor convicted of killing Michael Jackson, never investigated the physician’s background, even though it erroneously suggested to Jackson’s concerned concert tour director that it had looked into it.
