Lincoln Center Sued Over Using NYC Park For Private Events

Law360, New York (May 22, 2013, 4:00 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental and citizen advocacy groups sued New York City and the company that owns and operates Lincoln Center in state court Monday over a 2010 agreement allowing Lincoln Center to use a public park for private events, claiming the agreement violates the public trust.
