Media Big Didn't Defame Firm With Fla. Remarks, Judge Says

Law360, New York (May 22, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge has tossed a suit alleging British media and advertising mogul Sir Martin Sorrell defamed a small Manhattan law firm and hurt its business prospects when he mistakenly said in an interview that the firm was based in Florida, not New York.
