KFC Operator Hid Tainted Chicken Info, Shareholders Say

Brands Inc., which runs Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell restaurants, artificially inflated its stock price by hiding signs that it was buying meat pumped full of antibiotics from its Chinese suppliers, a shareholder alleged in a derivative complaint filed Tuesday in Kentucky federal court.
