Law360, Los Angeles (May 22, 2013, 7:20 PM EDT) -- The Georgia Supreme Court ruled Monday that the plaintiff in a medical malpractice action couldn't use the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act to force WellStar Health System Inc. to turn over interview transcripts, saying they were attorney-client work product.
