11th Circ. Backs Wells Fargo Win In Mortgage Transfer Case

Law360, New York (May 23, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday dismissed a proposed class action brought by a mortgage holder who claimed Wells Fargo Bank NA violated the Truth in Lending Act by failing to notify her of a transfer in ownership of her mortgage loan.
