Nokia Says HTC Smartphones Infringe 3 Patents

Law360, Los Angeles (May 23, 2013, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Nokia Corp. hit HTC Corp. with a patent infringement suit in California federal court Thursday, accusing the Taiwan-based mobile phone and tablet manufacturer and its American subsidiary of infringing three Nokia patents through its sale of numerous smartphones.
