$4M Deal In Hair Product Formaldehyde Suit Nears Approval

Law360, Los Angeles (May 23, 2013, 9:29 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Thursday indicated he will approve a $4.3 million settlement of a consumer class action alleging the maker of the popular hair-straightening product Brazilian Blowout failed to disclose it emits formaldehyde gas, saying the parties had resolved his concerns about the proposed deal.
