Gov't Staffing Contractor Dodges Credit Report Class Action

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 1:50 PM EDT) -- A Virginia judge dismissed a putative class action accusing government staffing contractor SOS International Ltd. of improperly using credit reports to screen job candidates on Thursday, saying the plaintiff was not actually denied employment on the basis of a negative report.
