Networks Take Aereokiller Back To Court Over TV Streaming

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 12:24 PM EDT) -- Several major television networks on Thursday took their fight against Aereokiller LLC and FilmOn.TV Networks Inc. to Washington federal court, slapping the companies with a suit that seeks to extend a ban on streaming copyrighted programs online. 

The networks have been unsuccessful thus far in halting billionaire Alki David's television-streaming services from operating outside of states within the Ninth Circuit, where the companies are restricted by a preliminary injunction, according to the complaint.
