Congress Must Overhaul Copyright Safe Harbor, RIAA Says

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 3:11 PM EDT) -- The recording industry's top trade organization urged Congress on Wednesday to overhaul the safe harbor provision of copyright law that shields websites when they remove infringing material after being notified, saying the law is too burdensome for copyright holders.
