Twinings Can't Dilute Antioxidant Tea Labeling Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 6:08 PM EDT) -- A class action plaintiff accusing Twinings North America Inc. of falsely promoting the antioxidant properties of 50-plus tea blends can bring claims for blends she did not actually buy so long as they are made from the same plant, a California federal judge ruled on Thursday.
