3rd Circ. Asked To Quash DOL's 'Secret' H-2B Visa Rule

Law360, Philadelphia (May 31, 2013, 2:09 PM EDT) -- A range of industry groups asked the Third Circuit on Friday to boot a 2011 U.S. Department of Labor rule requiring employers to meet minimum wage requirements for foreign workers with H-2B visas, contending that the agency skirted congressional authority in implementing the rule.
