Forever 21 Accused Of Flouting Calif. OT Wage Laws

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 3:12 PM EDT) -- An ex-Forever 21 Logistics Inc. employee launched a proposed class action in California state court Friday accusing the women's clothing retailer of implementing policies that stiffed workers on overtime compensation and didn't provide for meal breaks as required by state law.  

Plaintiff Juana Diaz, a former hourly warehouse employee at several Forever 21 facilities in Los Angeles, claimed in her suit that the company violated California labor laws by forcing workers to skip meal breaks and not including certain bonus payments when calculating the overtime compensation...
