Mack-Cali, Allstate Not Liable In Death, Appeals Court Says

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Tuesday refused to revive a suit against Mack-Cali Realty Corp. and Allstate Insurance Co., ruling that Mack-Cali couldn’t be held liable for a death caused by the water supply in a building it designed and manages.
