TSA Contractor Can't Recoup $5.3M In Taxes, DC Circ. Says

Circuit on Tuesday rejected a Transit Security Administration contractor's efforts to recoup $5.3 million in Washington state taxes, finding that the company's contract related to explosive detection equipment installed at airports didn't allow it to seek reimbursement.
