DOJ Urges Approval Of Macmillan's E-Book Price-Fixing Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (May 28, 2013, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Friday responded to a public comment objecting to Macmillan’s settlement over allegations that the publishing house conspired with Apple Inc. and others to fix prices on electronic books, saying the deal should proceed because it's in the public interest.
