3rd Circ. Revives Arbitration Row In Debt Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday revived a dispute over whether a consumer had to arbitrate proposed class action claims against Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust and an agent she accuses of scheming to defraud her during debt settlement, vacating a lower court ruling that let her out of arbitration.
