ACA Wellness Plan Rule Gives Flexibility To Cos., Workers

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 7:07 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration on Wednesday finalized Affordable Care Act regulations surrounding workplace wellness programs that offer financial rewards to employees for improving their health, giving companies flexibility to design innovative approaches while retaining leniency that allows broad participation and potentially undercuts the programs' goals.
