LA Fitness Offers Gym Passes To Settle Overcharge Suit

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 9:08 PM EDT) -- LA Fitness International LLC on Wednesday agreed to offer membership passes, cash credits and refunds to settle a putative class action filed in New Jersey federal court alleging the gym chain charged customers beyond the effective cancellation of their memberships.
