Spurned Dakota Tenant Can't Use Evidence Of Defamation

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Wednesday barred a tenant from offering certain evidence to prove damages in his discrimination and defamation suit against owners and board members of the famed Dakota apartment building, saying the tenant had failed to make the evidence available to defense counsel.
