Velvet Underground Settles Warhol Banana Rights Battle

Law360, Los Angeles (May 29, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Seminal 1960s rock band The Velvet Underground on Wednesday resolved its feud with The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Inc. over licensing rights to an iconic Warhol illustration of a banana.
