Holder Perjury Charge Would Fall Flat, Star Attys Say

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Defense attorneys involved in high-profile perjury cases against baseball star Roger Clemens and a former Penn State University administrator told Law360 on Thursday they don't believe embattled U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder could be successfully charged with lying about prosecuting journalists.
