NJ Senate Approves Pier Development Bill

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Senate on Thursday approved legislation that would allow residential development, hotels, motels, mixed use development and commercial development on existing piers in coastal high hazard areas in an effort to encourage post-Sandy economic revitalization projects.
