Tishman Rewrote Lease To Avoid $15M Commission, Suit Says

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A jury should be able to hear evidence that Tishman Speyer Properties LP altered an advertising agency's downtown Manhattan lease just so it wouldn't have to pay the real estate broker a $15 million commission, the broker's attorney told a New York state appeals court Thursday.
