2 Flying J Sales Execs Plead Guilty In Rebate Scheme Case

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- Two sales executives at Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam’s Pilot Flying J Travel Centers pled guilty Wednesday to conspiracy charges in connection with an alleged long-running scheme to defraud customers by cheating them out of agreed-upon discounts.

Arnold Ralenkotter, a regional sales director for Pilot Corp., and Ashley Judd, a regional account representative, pled guilty in separate cases filed by the U.S. government, which is investigating the alleged scheme revolving around three purported discount programs the company offered customers.
