Senate Water Projects Act Opens The Tap For New Contracts

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 10:12 PM EDT) -- The Senate's recently passed Water Resources Development Act would allow water infrastructure projects to benefit from favorable government financing and expedited environmental review, which could go a long way toward jump-starting stalled construction efforts and could create potentially lucrative opportunities for contractors, experts say.
